Cancellation Policy.

At A Head of Time Hair Design, we value both your time and our stylists’ time. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Because of this, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

By booking an appointment, you agree to our 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service, while no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service amount.
